Videos show arrest of man accused of trying to drown dog in ocean at Miami Beach

New bodycam video shows the arrest of a man accused of dragging his dog in the ocean at Miami Beach earlier this year, before beachgoers are seen applauding as he's led away in handcuffs.

The footage obtained by NBC6 on Thursday shows the Feb. 28 arrest of 37-year-old Yerko Mendoza-Patino.
