In a significant legal blow to the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office, a judge has ordered the state of Georgia to return approximately $150,000 in cash, luxury vehicles, and high-end jewelry to rapper Young Thug by 5 p.m. today, Jan. 9. Judge Paige Reese Whitaker dismissed the state’s appeal, describing their 90-day delay as "unreasonable and inexcusable" after prosecutors failed to even order the required court transcripts. While the rapper continues his 15-year probation following the YSL RICO case, his personal life is flourishing; he recently proposed to singer Mariah The Scientist with a massive pink diamond ring during a hometown concert.
