Cleveland police searching for suspect who allegedly shot woman at Save A Lot grocery store

The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect accused of shooting a woman during an attempted robbery at a Save A Lot grocery store.
According to police, officers responded to the store on Superior Avenue around 8:05 a.m. Sunday, July 27, for a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived, they found EMS treating a 39-year-old woman who had been shot.
Investigators say the shooting occurred during an attempted robbery. The suspect fled the scene in an unknown direction and no arrests have been made.
