Months after a video surfaced showing Jonathan Spanos, the owner of a restaurant in Pennsylvania, went on a racist tirade during what looked like a road rage incident, repeatedly using the N-word and saying, "I am a racist.
Get this: Now, Spanos is suing the people who filmed and posted that video online after the backlash he is receiving.
Spanos claims he and his wife never threatened anyone and were just talking to a family friend outside their home when it happened.
He says the video's release caused him and his family emotional distress and led to the restaurant's closure. The restaurant's website is down, and the place is marked as temporarily closed.
This lawsuit asks for damages and says the video hurt his business and reputation.
